If your Citrix Workspace crashes frequently, then please follow the steps given below
1. First try to login from a different computer and see the behavior.
2. If the issue is only on specific computer, uninstall the Citrix Workspace.
Follow the below steps to uninstall Citrix Workspace.
- Click on Start and type Control Panel
- Click on Control Panel
- Search for Programs and Features from the lists and open it.
- From the list select “Citrix Workspace” which is installed on your computer. Right click on it and select uninstall.
Nov 13, 2018 HP Smart app will not download: I need to get the HP Smart app to run my new printer but it will not download, it says starting download but nothing else is happening. I have tried restarting the computer and logging out of the Microsoft store but every time I restart and go to the store it says the HP App.

- Try Hard reboot in your Android mobile. Press and hold down the 'Home' and 'Power' buttons at the same time for upto 10 seconds. Then, release the buttons and hold down 'Power' button until the screen turns on. Now you can try opening the app. If none of the above working, you can wait till your phone battery drains and it turns off automatically.
- Open the HP Smart app, and then create an account or sign in. If you do not have HP Smart, download it from HP Smart - Microsoft Store or HP Smart - Mac App Store. If you are prompted to sign in with Microsoft to use the app across devices, you can sign in or click No, thanks to continue.
- To start the installation Double, click on CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe which is on download folder.
- Click on Next Button –> Accept the license agreement à Click on Install Button
- Click on Finish.
- From your Desktop launch Citrix Workspace and then you would see a window as below. Enter https://ctxall.mycitrixvdi.com/Citrix/A4R as shown below and click Add.
- You would receive a pop-up as below. Enter your Citrix Login Credentials and select “Remember my password” check box and click on Log On.

- You would now be logged into Citrix Work Space as shown below. Now try to launch Apps and confirm that you can launch the apps.
