- In the new window that opens, click 'More apps'
- If this option is not available and only directs you to the App Store, go back into the browser being used (such as Chrome) to press CTRL + J to open the Downloads for the browser. If More apps is available (not from the Microsoft app store), continue to Step 7.
- Under the Launch.ica file last downloaded, click Show in Folder
- When the folder opens, right-click on the Launch.ica file. Select Open with...
